1. Fry your garlic and onion.
2. Add carrots and celery and fry for further 15 minutes.
3. Add the rest of your stew ingredients. Simmer for another 20-25 minutes.
4. In the meantime, make your dumplings.
1. Combine all your dry ingredients.
2. Add in vegan butter.
3. Ad your plant milk little by little.
4. Drop the dough on top of the simmering stew.
Serve with a slice of bread or just as is! So warming, easy & affordable!
