The BEST 3-Ingredient Papaya Milk
Papaya milk tastes like summer in a cup and is naturally vegan.

- 2 ripe papayas
- 2 cups milk of choice such as oat, soy, almond, coconut milk, etc
- 4 teaspoon sweetener of choice such as maple syrup, agave syrup, sugar, etc
Slice papaya in half. Use a spoon to remove the seeds in the middle. Then scoop or cut out the flesh.
2 ripe papayas
Add cold milk to a blender. Then add papaya flesh & sweetener.
2 cups milk of choice, 4 teaspoon sweetener of choice, 2 ripe papayas
Blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes until completely smooth. Taste & adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Optional: Pour the drink through a sieve to remove any remaining bits or pieces.
Serve it as is or with plenty of ice!
- Each papaya should weigh roughly 320g (0.7 pound).
- Add a big squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the drink before serving.
- You can use cold water instead of milk if desired.
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Some might prefer a thinner drink whereas others enjoy a very thick texture.
- To make it thinner, add more milk or water and blend again.
- To make it thicker, add more papaya.
- You can use frozen papaya if desired.
