Tangerine Yoghurt & Fruit Parfait

Sweet but refreshing, this fruit parfait is packed with flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan yoghurt feel free to mix half a cup unsweetened with half a cup sweetened yoghurt
  • 1 cup toasted oats
  • 2 tangerines peeled, skin entirely removed
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

  • Create alternating layers of yoghurt, tangerines and oats.
  • Top off with chia seeds and chocolate shavings.
  • Serve immediately (while oats are still crunchy).
