Ingredients

cup
vegan yoghurt
feel free to mix half a cup unsweetened with half a cup sweetened yoghurt

cup
toasted oats
2
tangerines
peeled, skin entirely removed

tablespoon
chia seeds
2
tablespoon
dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
Create alternating layers of yoghurt, tangerines and oats.
Top off with chia seeds and chocolate shavings.
Serve immediately (while oats are still crunchy).
