My 3 salt-free seasoning blends ready to become your kitchen cupboard staple. Cheap, simple ingredients without any added sodium.

ITALIAN
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
HOT & SPICY
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cilantro coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
SMOKY
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Using 1 tbsp of each ingredient will fill a full spice jar. Feel free to adjust the portions, make it either smaller or bigger.
- Remember we are using dry herbs and spices. Don't use fresh herbs.
- Customise it according to taste. Leave out any spices you don’t like and swap them out for others.
- Italian – customise with sage, bay leaves, and marjoram.
- Hot & Spicy – customise with onion powder, lemon peel and roasted sesame seeds.
- Smoky - customise with dry mustard, chili powder, cumin, oregano & brown sugar.
