Oat Milk Latte

Delicious vegan oat milk latte that's foamy, easy and addictive.

  • 400 ml oat milk (I recommend barista oat milk)
  • 4 tsp instant coffee
  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence


  • Warm up your oat milk in a medium-sized pan until steam is coming out of the pan. Do not let it bubble.
  • Once your milk is just steaming, transfer to a blender. You will want to start very slow and then gradually adjust the speed to reach the maximum speed. Blend at maximum speed for 2 minutes.
  • Whilst your blender is busy blending, it’s time to make your coffee base. Place instant coffee, sugar and vanilla essence in a mug. Then pour over 100ml boiling hot water (50ml water per portion). Stir well.
  • Once you’ve got your coffee and foamy milk, it’s time to combine them. Slowly pour the blended oat milk over your coffee. Make sure you do this slowly, in order to preserve maximum bubbliness.
