Add onion & cilantro/coriander to the TM bowl. Chop for 3 seconds / speed 6.
Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix for 5-10 seconds/speed 5.
Do NOT mix for too long or your guacamole will become too mushy and soft.
Taste and adjust. Then serve!

Tip 1 - Remember – guacamole should be a chunky dip, so don’t blend it too long!Tip 2 - Before serving, taste and adjust guac to your taste. Add more salt, pepper, spices, or herbs.Tip 3 - Use RIPE avocadoes.To store: Spoon it into an airtight container. Slowly pour about 1 cm of cold water on top. Store for up to 2 days. Add avocados to a medium-sized bowl and mash with a fork. Chop or blend onion, cilantro, and tomato into small pieces and add to the avocado bowl. Then add lime juice, salt & pepper. Stir well until combined. Taste and adjust.
