Optional: 1 slice of vegan cheese of choice (thinly grated)
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C / 356°F (fan oven).
Rinse your chickpeas thoroughly and pat dry .Don’t forget you can use chickpea water (aquafaba) to make desserts!
Sprinkle with all your seasoning and nutritional yeast. Add sesame oil. Add vegan cheese if desired. Toss around to mix well. Use your hands ro rub the seasoning into the chickpeas.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, remembering to toss around every 10 minutes.
