Notes

Tip 1: Adjust the amount of garlic and ginger to taste.
Tip 2: Add chili flakes if you want a kick of heat.
Tip 3: Don’t forget to grate the ginger, careful to remove any large strings.
Tip 4: Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl before adding them to tofu (I didn’t do that in the video but it’s a great tip for beginners!)
Want it extra smooth? Blend the marinade ingredients beforehand.
To serve - add it to stir-fry, ramen/noodle soup, buddha bowls, slice it into long thin slices and use in sandwiches, pair it with a dipping sauce and serve as a side dish, place it on wooden skewers for a veggie-friendly BBQ dish.
To store - store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
