Notes
Tip 1 - Quality Over Quantity. If you can, spring for high-quality matcha. This will ensure a bright (rather than dull) green color and the best taste.
Tip 2 - Sift It. Sifting matcha powder helps break down any clumps and creates a smoother texture.
Tip 3 - Not Boiled. Do not use boiled water. Matcha is delicate, so boiled water will change its flavor.
Tip 4 - Work It Out! If you're using Method 1, make sure to shake it vigorously. Aim for a minimum of 30 seconds - the longer, the better.
Tip 5 - Adjust Matcha. Adjust the amount of matcha to suit your taste preferences.
Sugar level- I don’t think this recipe needs sugar, but you can add some if you'd like. Make sure it dissolved properly or use a liquid sweetener like maple syrup and stir well.
